Dawn McVey's Color Challenge #13

Isn't this quote from Stampin' Up!'s Laughter & Love rub-on set just wonderful? When I stumbled upon it earlier this week, I knew it would be perfect for a color challenge card. So, I set it aside on my workshop desk and next thing I knew, it was time for another one of Dawn McVey's color challenges. :-)

For this 3 1/2" x 4 3/4" card, I used the following Papertrey colors: spring moss, berry sorbet, pure poppy and white. To create the red border, I punched out a bunch of red McGill Fancy Squares, overlapped them slightly and adhered them to the green and white polka dot paper. The white circle borders (aka paper frills) are from Doodlebug Design Inc.
