{My} Summer is Here!

Greetings from our front deck!

We just finished devouring leftovers for supper--Brian ate a hamburger and I polished off the spaghetti--amid the trees, bugs, and birds.

Fabulous, I tell ya!


We worked up quite an appetite painting today.

I told myself last night that I wouldn't dive right into my summer plans--that I'd take it easy for a few days.

Then, I woke up this morning with TONS of energy and hit the ground running!

Brian was planning to install an L-shape work space in my scrapbooking room today, but I talked him into throwing some color up on the walls beforehand.

White is just too blah, too sterile.


This neutral Snip of Tannin color warms things up a bit.

Hopefully, it will encourage my long-dormant creative juices to flow again.

Can't wait to scrapbook, make cards, and play with photography this summer!
