As you know, I love thrift stores!
Generally, I only frequent thrift shops with women's clothing, but this past weekend, I stumbled upon the cutest children's clothing store in Old Fair Oaks.
It's called Pixie Traders, and is located just two doors down from Oak Hardware on Fair Oaks Boulevard.
Pixie Traders has new and gently used designer clothing for kids as well as tons of games and toys. I was especially impressed with their selection of high-quality Melissa & Doug wooden toys. Oh, and the shoes for little ones seemed really reasonably priced!
I bought a Lakeshore game called Poppa's Pizza Topple. Usually it sells for $19.95 at Lakeshore; I scored it for just $4.99. :-)
The family that owns Pixie Traders also owns Kids' Trading Post in Folsom as well as All My Children, a massive 3600 square foot store in El Dorado.
Happy shopping,
J

That game is really tricky. My Grandma bought it for the kids to play at our Thompson Christmas Party. Maybe 4th graders will do better than toddlers and my Dad. :)
I love thrift store shopping too! Pixie Traders is really neat...lot's of cute stuff. I didn't know about the other two. i will have to check them out :)
