Week in the Life: Tuesday

Yesterday, I hit the road to meet up with a former co-worker, Eileen, for lunch. It was fun to chat about what we've each been up to since school let out in late May.


After devouring a hamburger and fries at The Habit Burger, I headed to Staples and Wal-Mart to buy school supplies.


Since we are expected to have 32 students per class this coming year, I bought 35 of the most essential items at Wal-Mart--things like folders, crayons, and spiral notebooks. And Staples is having an awesome one cent sale on highlighters, index cards, and pencils. In addition, you can buy a ream of copy paper for just 50 cents with a mail-in rebate. (Maximum of 2 reams per customer.)
